LAUREN MORLOCK

I am a seeker, a student, and a teacher. I am on a path that which continuously explores my inner landscape with practices that bring me closer to the Self. I am a practitioner of yoga, meditation, holotropic breathwork, herbalism, plant medicine, animism, ancestral healing and relations.

I currently hold space for individuals and groups through therapeutic breathwork experiences from the teachings of Jim Morningstar of Transformations USA. I studied in the 5th cohort practitioner training with Dr. Daniel Foor, PHD of Ancestral Medicine to guide this potent work with individuals and groups.  I also work as a community herbalist, pairing humans with plants, and hold certifications in yoga and NADA ear acupuncture. With all of these modalities, I sense what feels best for individual healing.

My ancestors are Welsh, English, Irish, French, German, and Cherokee.

Currently, I am on land of the Tewa/Cochiti/San Felipe/Pueblos, where I humbly walk and call home.
