This training will support you in completing the requirements for the Therapeutic Breathwork Practicum. Upon completion of the course and its requirements you will receive a Level of professional certification through Transformations, an accredited Breathwork school.
The Practicum is an in-depth training in breathwork as a practitioner, and is a requirement for Certification through the Transformations Breathwork Training Program. You will get supervision on your skills as a breathworker, and develop your confidence and abilities in being a breathwork facilitator.

We will meet for 3 hours once a month over 6 months in which we will be in dialogue about the pre-recorded breathwork training content (from Jim), explore any breathwork questions/interests/skills, and complete with an experiential breathwork session. You will also be responsible for self guided material and exercises in between our monthly meetings. This training is blended virtual + in-person.

We will:
- Give and receive breathwork
- Explore the process deeply, to learn it in the mind and body
- Receive a level of certification with an accredited school
- Share breathwork with your community OR deepen your own practice

Six Sundays, we begin Sunday June 28
All calls are 9am-12pm MT online or in-person @ SOMA Collective Santa Fe, NM
June 28 / July 26 / Aug 23 / Sept 20 / Oct 18 / Nov 22

Meetings will be recorded if you can not make a date. However, I ask you to commit to showing up for a minimum of 4 of the 6 live calls.

Lauren is a Level 3 Professional Breathwork Facilitator through Transformations USA, and has been practicing Therapeutic Breathwork since 2017. She is a life long student who deepens her knowledge and understanding through continuing education, mentor guidance, and experience and is working towards her final certification as a Breathwork Trainer.

I came to breathwork in 2017 as a way to process grief as well as with the hope to release tension and patterns I was carrying from childhood. Soon into my breathwork journey I knew I wanted to share this work with others. I started my breathworker path at the in-person Residential Retreat with Jim in 2019 and have been training with him yearly since.
