Come join us for an evening of Therapeutic Breathwork, live music and nourishing food. Settle into community at Living Threads Bodegón. Lauren will be leading a breathwork ritual accompanied by a live music performance, and ending with nourishing vegetarian curry, teas, and sweets by Not Your Mom’s Cake. We invite you to drop in for a truly nourishing and integrative experience, held in ritual and community.
