Your Guides…
Since their first meeting, Liliana and Lauren have been bound by a mutual reverence for the culinary arts and the healing wisdom of food. Liliana weaves nourishment with intuition and grace, drawing from an ancient kinship with the earth. In her hands, the kitchen becomes an altar, and cooking a ritual—each dish a vibrant offering, rich with beauty, vitality, and love.
-
Working with a diverse constellation of metaphysical and somatic tools and techniques, Lauren is a space holder, facilitator, and guide. She invites you to journey deep into your inner worlds and explore the depths of your being while staying lovingly held and grounded. Her capacity to weave breath, ancestral medicine, and botanical wisdom into her work facilitates holistic, transformative, and integrative experiences.
Lauren has been initiated into a lineage of Ancestral Healing through the teachings of Dr. Daniel Foor of Ancestral Medicine. The foundation of this lineage is the emphasis on ritual safety and discernment, by working with well and wise ancestors as we tend to the healing and repair process for each line.
-
Liliana grew up in the vibrant heart of Mexico City and moved to New Orleans in 2015. There, she was struck by the lack of access to fresh herbs and colorful, nourishing foods—an absence that ironically ignited her deeper journey into herbalism and nutrition. What was once abundant became longed for, and that longing became her guide. She studied with teachers and mentors across the U.S.—from New Orleans to New York, Massachusetts to California—deepening her knowledge with every step. Among these teachers was Lauren, with whom she explored the vibrant world of coffee, developing a refined palate, and a sense for harmony and complexity that naturally extended into herbs and culinary medicine.
After a decade away, Liliana returned to Mexico, bringing with her a renewed reverence for practices deeply rooted in her culture, now illuminated by the knowledge she'd gathered abroad. Today, she shares her passion through "kitchen medicine"—a fusion of flavor, nourishment, and beauty. Her dishes are colorful, healing creations that invite people to eat not just with intention, but with joy and wonder.
